Steps

    Add chopped purple cabbage, garden cress, grated carrots, and chopped green apple to a deep plate.

    We grate a whole lemon into a bowl.

    We squeeze two lemons over the lemon zest.

    We add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, yogurt and a sprinkle of dried mint.
