  • 2CupGreen olives
  • 0.25PacketPomegranate
  • 50CupCheese
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
  • 0.5CupPomegranate molasses

Steps

    Slice the figs into small or medium pieces as desired.

    Place the arugula on the serving plate.

    Add the cheese over the arugula.

    Distribute the olives over the plate.

    Add the sliced figs on top of the other ingredients.

    Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the salad for garnish.

    Prepare the dressing by pouring 1 tablespoon olive oil into a small bowl.

    Add ½ teaspoon sumac to the olive oil.
