Ingredients

  • 0.5Psc.Red chili pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 3CupSugar
  • 7ClovesGarlic

    Cut the red chili peppers into slices.

    Place the chili slices, garlic cloves, and vinegar into a pot over heat.

    Cook the mixture for 15 minutes.

    Transfer the cooked mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Strain the blended mixture using a strainer to remove skins and seeds.

    Add the sugar to the strained mixture and stir well until dissolved

    Return the mixture to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
