Prepare the marinade: Mix yogurt, tomato molasses, pepper molasses, vinegar, oil, and water. Add the spices (salt, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, ginger, red pepper, garlic powder) and mix well.

Place the chicken cubes in the marinade and leave them in the refrigerator for an hour

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and add the onion rings

Chop the potatoes, colored peppers and onions and keep them aside.

Thread the chicken pieces and vegetables (, capsicum, onion) alternately on the skewers.
