    Put olive oil in a saucepan on the fire and then add the orzo

    Roast the orzo until it reaches the color shown in the video

    In another saucepan, add olive oil, then add mastic and cardamom and stir well

    Chop the onions, potatoes and carrots, then add them to the saucepan and stir well until the ingredients are homogenized
