Ingredients

  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 0.5CupOil
  • 0.5CupNabulsi cheese
  • 3CupMilk powder
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 0.25CupGluten free flour
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten free baking powder
  • 1CupGluten-free thyme

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into muffin molds.

    Add the thyme on top.

    Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 150°C (302°F) from the bottom only.

    Let the muffins bake until cooked, then brown the top for 3 minutes.
