  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic paste
  • 250Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 0.3CupYellow mung beans
  • 100Grams (g) Beef
  • 500Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 0.3CupMilk

    1. In a pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil or butter and add the minced onion, stirring until it becomes translucent.

    4. Rinse the yellow mung beans and add them to the pot along with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes until the mung beans are tender.
