Ingredients

- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic paste
- 250Grams (g) Mushroom
- 0.3CupYellow mung beans
- 100Grams (g) Beef
- 500Psc.Chicken stock
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 0.3CupMilk

1. In a pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil or butter and add the minced onion, stirring until it becomes translucent.

2. Add the garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften and change color.

4. Rinse the yellow mung beans and add them to the pot along with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes until the mung beans are tender.
