Place 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the pot.

Stir the onion until it becomes translucent.

Add the crushed garlic cloves.

Stir the garlic with the onion for a few minutes until fragrant.

Add the chopped zucchinis to the pot.
