We chop the vegetables and place them with rosemary in a baking dish. Then we season them with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Finally, we put them in a preheated oven until they soften.

After the vegetables are cooked, we place them in a pot. We peel the garlic and add basil, along with water mixed with chicken broth and tomato paste. Then, we blend everything well using a blender or an immersion blender.
