We prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together.

We cut the chicken breasts into suitable pieces and place them in the marinade

We cover the chicken with the marinade and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred for the best flavor).

After marinating, we heat the oil in a pan, then add the chicken without the marinade to avoid excess oil. We cook it on high heat for about 10 minutes until it turns golden

After cooking, we remove the chicken and let it sit aside. We can add hot charcoal to infuse a smoky flavor for a minute.

We slice the cooked chicken into thin pieces.

We choose our preferred bread, spread garlic sauce (touma) on it, and add the sliced chicken and pickled potatoes.

We wrap the bread tightly from both sides.

We lightly press on the sandwich to keep it firm and grill it on a preheated grill. We brush the sandwiches with oil and paprika until they turn golden as shown in the video
