    Sterilize the glass jar beforehand to preserve the jam, either by boiling it in hot water for 10-15 minutes, or by placing it in the oven after washing it at 150°C for 20 minutes.

    In a saucepan on the fire, put the raspberries and sugar and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

    To test the ripeness of the jam, place a teaspoon on a plate and let it cool, then run your finger down the center of the jam. If the line breaks and doesn't come back, the jam is ready.

    Turn off the heat and let the jam cool completely.

    Once cooled, transfer to a sterilized jar and store in the refrigerator.
