  • 1CupMinced parsley

Steps

    Chop the onions, carrots and potatoes as shown in the video

    In a saucepan on the fire, put olive oil, then put the vegetables and fry them a little

    Add the washed lentils to the vegetables, then add the spices and stir

    Add water and chicken broth, wait for it to boil and then remove the foam as shown in the video

    Simmer the soup for 30-40 minutes until the lentils and vegetables are tender.
