Shrimps Pasta
Ingredients
- 0.5Grams (g) Shrimp
- 0.5PacketPasta
- 1Grams (g) Mushroom
- 14CupCherry tomato
- 0.5Psc.Kalamata olives
- 3ClovesGarlic
- 1CupPasta cooking water
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1Psc.Lemon zest

Prepare half a kilogram of clean shrimp (no tail).

Cut a can of fresh mushrooms into quarters.

Cut 10-14 cherry tomatoes into halves.

Cut 3 cloves of garlic into thin slices.

Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the mushrooms and sauté until they start to soften.

Add the sliced garlic and lemon zest, then stir until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes and let them cook until they soften and become tender.

Add the shrimp to the pan and stir until fully cooked (about 4-5 minutes).

Add the Kalamata olives, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, then drain while keeping some of the pasta water aside if needed.
