  • 0.5Grams (g) Shrimp
  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 2ClovesGarlic
  • 0.25CupCherry tomato
  • 0.25Psc.Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2Cupwater
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 0.25CupMinced parsley
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Paprika
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Hot olive oil

Steps

    We place olive oil in a pot, then sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

    We add the cherry tomatoes and sauté until they soften and cook.

    We add the shrimp and stir until cooked through.

    We add the lemon juice, seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika), and chopped parsley, then mix well.

    We add the maftoul with 2 cups of water, then stir everything together.

    We bring it to a boil, then lower the heat

    Cover the pot, and leave it until the maftoul absorbs all the water and is fully cooked

    We garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, then serve hot.
