Ingredients

  • 2Liters (L)Tomato juice
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic

  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Shish Barak

Steps

    We place the ready-made shish barak in the air fryer until it cooks.

    We mix all the sauce ingredients (mashed tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper paste, and garlic) in a pot. We place the pot on the stove until the sauce starts to boil.

    We add the Turkish spices and a pinch of salt, and we stir the ingredients together for 10 minutes. We gradually add water until we achieve the desired sauce consistency.

    We take ½ cup of the sauce and mix it with ½ cup of hot water. We add the shish barak to the sauce and stir it for 10 minutes until it absorbs the sauce.

    We add the labneh and mozzarella cheese, and we stir the ingredients together. We garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
