    Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat

    Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    We cut the tomatoes and green peppers into small cubes.

    Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili peppers, stirring until the tomatoes soften

    We add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and ¼ cup of water and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

    Let the mixture simmer on low heat until it thickens slightly.

    Crack the eggs over the mixture without stirring, then cover the pan and let them cook until the desired doneness.

    Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and season with salt and black pepper.
