  • 1Psc.White Onion

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 1PinchHot chilli powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1CupMinced parsley

Steps

    We finely dice the onion, carrot, and tomato into very small cubes.

    Heat olive oil and butter cubes in a pan

    Add the diced carrot and sauté for a bit.

    Add the diced onion and sauté until it softens and releases its aroma.

    Add the minced garlic and stir well until caramelized

    Add the diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and tomato paste then mix well.

    Add the seafood mix and stir it briefly.

    Pour in water or broth, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add the cooking cream and chopped parsley, stir well, and serve hot.
