  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cajun spices
  • 0.5PinchThyme
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1.5CupOlive oil

Steps

    Place the chicken breasts in a sealed Ziploc bag.

    Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, thyme (or oregano/Italian), salt, pepper, and oil to the bag.

    Seal the bag and shake well to coat all the chicken breasts with the seasoning.

    Refrigerate the bag for 2 days to allow flavors to develop.

    Preheat the non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
