Ingredients

- 1Kilograms (kg)Minced veal
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 2Slicesdried carrots
- 1Psc.Garlic bulb
- 1Liters (L)Hot water
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1.5Liters (L)Tomato juice
- 1Psc.Rosemary
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped celery
- 2SlicesParmesan rind

Chop all the vegetables in the manner shown in the video

Place the ground meat in a pot over medium heat without oil and cook until its liquid evaporates

Add the olive oil, then the chopped onion and carrots, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and celery, stirring well.

Pour in the hot water and mix to combine the flavors

Add the tomato paste and fresh tomato juice, along with the Parmesan rind and rosemary. Season with salt and black pepper.

Let the sauce simmer over low heat until it thickens

In a separate pot, boil the spaghetti in salted water until cooked, then drain.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the Bolognese sauce and mix well.

Stir in a little olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve the spaghetti in a dish and garnish with more Parmesan cheese on top.
