Ingredients

  • 3To TasteZucchini
  • 2Psc.Carrot
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Green bean
  • 1CupPea
  • 1Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1Psc.Broccoli
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1PinchVegetable stock powder
  • 1PinchThyme

Steps

    Chop the vegetables as shown in the video

    Place the olive oil in a bowl or wok over medium heat.

    Sauté the carrots for 2 minutes until they begin to soften.

    Add the zucchini and beans and toss well for a minute.

    Add the broccoli and mushrooms, add salt and black pepper, and stir for another 2 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic and stir until fragrant.

    Add the peas and continue stirring.

    Add the thyme and stir all the ingredients for an additional three minutes.

    At the end, add the spoonful of vegetable stock and stir until the flavors blend, then remove from the heat and serve immediately.
