  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Cuporange juice

    Wash and boil the rice until the grains soften.

    Dissolve 8 tablespoons of starch in a quarter cup of cold milk.

    Heat 2 liters of milk and add a cup of sugar. Continue stirring over medium heat.

    Gradually add the starch mixture, stirring until thickened.

    Add rose water and let the mixture cool.

    Heat the orange juice, then add half a cup of sugar and 4 tablespoons of starch and stir until the consistency becomes gelatinous.

    Pour orange mixture over the rice pudding and chill.
