Ingredients

  • 0.25CupGuar gum flour
  • 1PacketYeast
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Psyllium husk
  • 2CupSugar
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 3CupYogurt
  • 4CupOlive oil
  • 1CupWarm water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Wheat and gluten-free baking powder
  • 1PinchSesame
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds

Steps

    Mix the gluten-free flour, ghauri flour, yeast, psyllium husk, sugar, salt, sodium carbonate, and baking powder in a mixer.

    Add the egg, yogurt, and olive oil.

    Knead using warm water until a cohesive dough forms

    Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Shape the dough using your fingers as shown in the video

    Brush the surface with the egg and vinegar mixture.

    Let it rest for another 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle the sesame seeds and black seeds on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
