  • 50Grams (g) Butter
  • 300CupPistachio Butter
  • 100Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 200CupChocolate

    Toast the kunafa dough with butter in a pan until golden and crispy.

    In a bowl, mix pistachio paste with tahini until creamy.

    Add the toasted kunafa to the pistachio mixture and mix well until combined.

    Open each qatayef and stuff it generously with the kunafa-pistachio filling.

    Melt the chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.

    Dip half of each qatayef in the melted chocolate.

    Arrange the qatayef on a serving plate and garnish with crushed pistachios if desired.
