Ingredients

- 5Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 1CupSemolina
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
- 1CupHoney

Place 1 liter of water in a pot over medium heat.

Add 10 tablespoons of powdered milk (Dulce milk was used).

Stir well and let the mixture heat up.

Add 5 tablespoons of white vinegar.

Leave the milk on medium heat until it boils.

Strain the cream using a fine-mesh sieve and set it aside to drain.

To prepare the cream, place 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 1 tablespoon of semolina, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in a pot.

Stir the mixture over medium heat until it thickens like pudding.

Add 1 can of cream and the cream that was strained from the milk.

Gently stir until the mixture thickens and the liquid is absorbed.

Pour the cream into a baking dish or Pyrex and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Once cooled, cut the cream and use it as a filling for desserts or serve with pistachios and honey.
