Next, we add the room-temperature butter and continue kneading until we get a smooth, cohesive dough.

We cover the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

After rising, we roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a log

We place the dough in a loaf pan that has been greased with butter or lined with parchment paper.

We cover the pan and let the dough rest for another 30 minutes until it rises again.

We preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the bread for 40 to 45 minutes until it's golden brown and fully cooked.
