  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 3CupFull cream milk
  • 3CupSemolina
  • 3CupFlour
  • 5Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1CupThick cream

Steps

    To prepare the milk cream, we combine 3 cups of water with 1 cup minus a quarter of powdered milk and 1/4 cup of white vinegar in a bowl. Mix well until the milk cream forms. After that, strain the mixture to obtain the cream

    To prepare the custard, we heat 3 cups of whole milk in a pot, then add 3 tablespoons of semolina and 3 tablespoons of flour

    Add 5 mastic seeds and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixture, stirring until it thickens.

    Once the custard has completely cooled, add the milk cream and mix thoroughly using an electric whisk

    Add a small can (150 grams) of cream to the custard and mix well.
