Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 6Psc.Minced tomato
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 5CupFlour
  • 2CupSugar
  • 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 2CupWarm water
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 2CupMilk powder

Steps

    Prepare the sauce: Lightly brown the onion in a little oil. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the sauce thickens.

    Add salt, black pepper, oregano or green thyme Mix the sauce with a hand blender and it's ready.

    In the first bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and warm water.

    Cover the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes until bubbles appear.

    In the second bowl, mix 3 cups of flour, oil, salt, and powdered milk (if using).

    Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead until you have a very soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

    Spread the sauce on top, then add your favorite ingredients (such as cheese, peppers, olives, or meats).

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pizzas on the center rack with the heat on underneath until the edges are browned. When it's almost done, turn the heat on top to allow the cheese to melt and brown.
