Ingredients

  • 100Grams (g) Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Dip the basil leaves in hot water for 30 seconds, then transfer them to cold water to preserve the color.

    Squeeze the basil well to remove excess water.

    Place the basil in a food processor.

    Add the parsley and blend briefly.

    Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic, and cashews, then mix well.

    Gradually add olive oil while continuing to blend until the sauce becomes smooth.
