Ingredients
- 250CupFlour
- 125Grams (g) Butter
- 100CupPowdered sugar
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1CupMilk
- 1.5Cupwater
- 0.5CupEgyptian rice
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1CupSugar
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

Put the flour in a bowl, then add the butter and sugar, and knead until you get a sand-like consistency as in the video.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, continue kneading, then add a tablespoon of water and knead again.

Wrap the dough and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

We start shaping the dough into tart molds and then make holes in them using a fork as shown in the video.

Put the tray in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 170°C.

For the Rice Pudding: In a pot on the stove, add water, then add the rice.

After half an hour, add the milk and bring it to a boil.

Add the vanilla extract and two tablespoons of cream, and stir well.

Add the starch mixed with the milk, then add the sugar and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

After the mixture cools down, pour it over the biscuit base and place them in the fridge.
