Mushroom With Rice
Ingredients
- 3Psc.Potato
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 750Grams (g) Mushroom
- 400Grams (g) Ground meat
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Spice
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1CupRoasted pine nuts

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Put the chopped potatoes in a bowl, add salt and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil

Mix well until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and cut each one into four equal pieces.

In a saucepan on the fire, put two tablespoons of vegetable oil and add the minced meat, then stir-fry until it changes color.

Add sweet spices, cinnamon, and salt to the beef and stir well to combine the flavors.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the beef and stir the mixture until the mushrooms soften and release their juices.

Add the fried potatoes to the beef and mushroom mixture

Stir over medium heat for an additional 3 minutes.

Garnish the dish with toasted pine nuts.

Serve hot with vermicelli rice and a side of yogurt.
