Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander

We fry the fish in oil until it is cooked and golden in color

Serve the dish as shown in the video

Once the rice water has drained, add the fish, cover, and simmer for twenty minutes.

After five minutes, add six cups of rice and stir over high heat until the water is completely dry without stirring.

Add one fish, then add hot water, cover the pot, and let it cook for five minutes.

Add half a spoonful of cinnamon, half a spoonful of black pepper, half a spoonful of coriander, and two tablespoons of salt

After frying the onions, add the whole spices (cardamom, dried lime, cinnamon).

Sauté the onions until they are browned.

In a saucepan, add the fish frying oil and 6 onions cut into wedges.

In a skillet on the stove, brown two onions.

Coat the inside and outside of the fish with a dusting of flour and then place a spoonful of the filling inside the fish.

Season the inside of the fish with a pinch of salt, then add a light pinch of turmeric, cumin, coriander, and dried lemon.

Add a quarter of a spoonful of (ground cardamom, cinnamon. Dried lemon, salt.)

Add three cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of lemon juice.
