    We mash the potatoes in a large bowl until very smooth.

    We gradually add the boiling water to get a soft consistency.

    We add the tahini and yogurt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

    We add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    We continue mixing until we get a smooth, fully combined texture.

    We transfer the potato moutabal to a serving plate and drizzle olive oil on top before serving.
