    We mix 1/4 cup of chea seeds with a little water until the mixture thickens.

    We grind a small amount of healthy seeds like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

    We add oat flour with a little salt and za'atar mix

    We add a bit of olive oil, sesame seeds, and black cumin to the mixture.

    We knead the chea mixture with the other ingredients slightly until they are well combined.

    We spread the dough in a baking tray to achieve a thin layer.

    We bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

    We cut the crackers immediately after taking them out of the oven, before they harden and dry.
