Steps

    Place 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over heat.

    Add the lamb pieces and stir over high heat until browned on all sides.

    Add the hot water, cover the pan, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until the meat starts to become tender.

    If the meat is not fully cooked, add a little more water, cover, and continue cooking until tender.

    Add the sliced bell peppers and the sliced onion to the meat.
