  • 0.5Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CupSugar
  • 5Psc.Dates
  • 0.5CupMilk

Steps

    Place 1 cup of frozen kanafa in a pan and heat it until it begins to melt.

    Add half a cube of butter along with an appropriate amount of sugar to the heated kanafa.

    Brown the kanafa well with the butter and sugar over medium heat until it turns golden.

    Place ½ cup of the browned kanafa evenly at the bottom of a mold.

    Put 5 dates with ½ cup of milk into a blender and blend them until you obtain a smooth mixture.

    Pour the date mixture over the kanafa in the mold.

    Cover the mixture with the remaining kanafa to form an even top layer.

    Place the mold in the refrigerator for sufficient time to allow the mixture to set and become ready to serve.
