Ingredients
- 500Grams (g) Liver
- 2Psc.Minced garlic cloves
- 1Psc.Green pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
- 3Liters (L)Tomato juice
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
- 1CupSugar
- 0.5Psc.Chicken stock
- 250PacketPasta

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add liver and cook until partially done.

Add garlic until golden. Add green pepper, cumin and coriander.

In a pot, add the chopped garlic until it wilts, then add the vinegar and tomato juice after straining it well, then add the tomato paste, salt, cumin, black pepper, sugar and half a stock cube and mix well.

Add water and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.

Add cooked pasta to the mixture and toss well.

Add the liver to the pasta and a little tomato sauce.
