Date Cake
Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 1.5CupBoiled Milk
- 3Psc.eggs
- 1CupSugar
- 0.5CupOil
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2CupFlour
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupWhipping cream
- 1CupChopped Walnuts
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

Remove the pits from the dates and place them in a bowl.

Place the dates in a bowl, add the baking soda and boiling milk, and let it sit until the dates are soft.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil with an electric whisk until well combined

Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Mash the date mixture with the milk, then add it to the cake batter and mix well until the consistency is combined.

Pour the mixture into a mold , then enter an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes

To make the caramel sauce, place a cup of sugar in a pan over low heat until it melts and becomes golden in color.

Add the butter and stir until it is completely melted.

Gradually add the cream, stirring continuously until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.

Remove the sauce from the heat and add the crushed walnuts.

After the cake has cooled slightly, pour the caramel sauce over the top and serve.
