  • 2CupWalnut
  • 3Psc.Carrot
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 0.5CupOil
  • 0.5CupOlive oil

Steps

    We place hot water with salt in a pot on the stove until it boils.

    We add the green beans to the boiling water and cook them until three-quarters done

  3. 3

    We transfer the beans immediately into a bowl with ice water to stop the cooking process.

    We drain the beans well, then spread them on a cotton towel and leave them overnight to get rid of all moisture.

    We transfer the dried beans into a large bowl.

    We add the chopped walnuts, grated carrots, red pepper paste, salt, and garlic, then mix well.

    We stuff the beans with the mixture and place them in a sterilized glass jar.

    We place a small plate over the beans inside the jar, then flip the jar upside down to drain liquids for about 4 hours.

    Add olive oil and vegetable oil until the makdous is completely covered.

    We leave the jar at room temperature for 2 days, then store it in the refrigerator.
