  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 3CupWheat and gluten-free flour
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Wheat and gluten-free baking powder
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Berry jam

Steps

    We beat the eggs with the butter and vanilla until we achieve a creamy consistency.

    We gradually add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough by hand until it comes together.

    We divide the dough into three portions: one-third of the dough goes into the freezer to make it easier to grate on top later.

    We roll out two-thirds of the dough in a baking dish.

    We spread the jam over the dough (optional).

    We grate the frozen dough (the remaining third) on top.

    We bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) for the first 25 minutes from the bottom, and for the last 5 minutes from the top.
