Steps

    We place 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup of warm water into a mixing bowl.

    We turn on the mixer and knead the ingredients

    We coat the dough with a little oil and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

    To prepare the filling: In a bowl, we combine 500 grams of ground lamb, one large finely chopped onion, a bunch of finely chopped coriander, salt, and pepper to taste

    We mix the ingredients well.

    We roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

    We use a shishbarak mold to shape the dough as desired.

    We place a spoonful of filling inside each mold.

    We sprinkle flour over the shishbarak to prevent them from sticking to each other.

    We place the shishbarak in the freezer until they are frozen.
