  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Matcha
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 90Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 35CupAlmond slices

    Bring the butter, then the white sugar and the brown sugar.

    Add an egg and vanilla. Mix well.

    Add the flour and stir them together.

    Mix them all together very well until they are in the shape shown.

    Start shaping them, not into circles.

    Put them in the freezer for half an hour before baking them.
