- 0.25Grams (g) Greek yogurt
- 1CupMilk
- 1CupSugar
- 1PinchSalt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

It is very important that the milk, yogurt, and eggs are at room temperature.

Mix all the dry ingredients together. In a separate small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, yogurt, and vanilla until well combined.

Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir, then add the melted butter (do not overmix).

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour about a quarter cup of batter onto the skillet. Flip the pancake when bubbles start to appear and cook for an additional two minutes.

It’s best to transfer them to a wire rack to prevent condensation from forming on the bottom. Serve warm with fruit syrup.
