Marble Cake
Ingredients

- 0.25CupPowdered sugar

- 1.5CupFlour
- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.25CupMilk
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 60Grams (g) Butter
- 0.25CupOil
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 150CupChocolate

Whisk the eggs with sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color.

Gradually add the oil while whisking.

Gradually add the melted butter and continue whisking

In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, salt

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture in three batches

Add the milk mixture with a drop of vinegar in two batches between each batch of flour.

Mix the batter on low speed and make sure to scrape the sides with a spatula.

Divide the batter into two halves, and pour one half into a separate bowl.

Sift the cocoa powder over one half.

Add one tablespoon of milk and a drop of vinegar to the cocoa batter and mix well.

Pour the vanilla batter into a greased cake pan, then pour the chocolate batter on top.

Swirl the two batters together using a knife or fork to create a marble effect.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes

Prepare the chocolate sauce by melting 150 grams of chocolate (half milk chocolate and half bitter chocolate) with one and a half tablespoons of oil over low heat until the sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
