Ingredients

- 1CupOlive oil
- 1Kilograms (kg)Beef Steak
- 2Grams (g) Mushroom
- 0.25BunchBasil
- 1Cupwater
- 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 2PacketPasta
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Psc.Onion
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Demi-Glace powder

Heat a frying pan and add the butter with olive oil.

Add the veal slices to the pan and stir until nicely browned.

Slice the onion and mushrooms into medium-sized pieces.

Add the chopped onion over the browned veal and stir briefly.

Add the sliced mushrooms and mix with the veal and onion.

Add the fresh basil leaves and stir the mixture slightly.

Mix the Demi-Glace powder with water and add it to the pan.

Add salt and black pepper to taste and let the mixture come to a boil.

Add the cooking cream and stir over low heat for 1–2 minutes.

In another pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until done.

Drain the pasta and add it over the sauce in the frying pan.

Stir the pasta with the sauce until all ingredients are well combined and ready to serve.
