Cut the salmon into cubes as shown in the video.

Cut the cherry tomatoes.

Chop the onion into small cubes, then mince the garlic and chop the parsley.

In a pot on the stove, boil the pasta by adding it, then pour boiling water over it with a little salt and vegetable oil.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a strainer, leaving a little of the pasta cooking water.

In a pan on the stove, add butter, then add the salmon pieces and stir until cooked, then remove it to the side.

In the same pan, add the onion and two cloves of minced garlic, and stir until they soften.

Add the tomatoes and one tablespoon of tomato paste.

Add black pepper, oregano, and paprika, and stir well until the ingredients are combined.

Add one and a half cups of cream, the zest of one lemon, the juice of one lemon, and a spoonful of pasta cooking water, and stir well until it boils.

Add the salmon pieces and chopped parsley, stir well, then add the pasta.
