Ingredients

- 1CupMilk
- 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese

We clean and peel the shrimp

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes until cooked. Remove the shrimp from the pan.

Add a piece of butter to the pan, then add the minced garlic and sauté briefly.

Add the flour and stir with the butter and garlic until well combined.

Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously until the flour dissolves completely.

Add the cooking cream and continue stirring until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Boil the pasta in the usual way and let it cook until it is three-quarters cooked

Return the shrimp to the pan, add the cooked pasta, and stir well to combine.
