  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 200CanCheddar
  • 200To TasteMozzarella
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste

Steps

    Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook until it reaches al dente (cooked but firm). Drain the pasta and set aside.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
