- 200To TasteMozzarella
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano

- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook until it reaches al dente (cooked but firm). Drain the pasta and set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the flour and stir for two minutes until it slightly changes color.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
