    We chop the yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and olives into medium pieces.

    We crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.

    We add cottage cheese, cooking cream, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    We mix all ingredients well until combined.

    We add the chopped vegetables to the mixture and stir gently.

    We grease the muffin tin with a bit of oil.

    We pour the mixture into the molds until 2/3 full.

    We sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    We bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom + fan).
