  • 2CupSemolina
  • 4CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    In a large saucepan over low heat, place 10 cups of milk and leave it until it starts to heat up (without boiling).

    Add two cups of medium semolina gradually, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or hand mixer so that the semolina does not clump.

    Add 4 tablespoons of sugar, then mastic, rose water, orange blossom water, and a carton of cream. Continue stirring until the consistency becomes thick and homogeneous.

    Pour the mixture into the buttered circle mold and leave it to cool a little, then put it in the refrigerator overnight.

    The balls can be garnished with grated coconut, ground pistachios, or any other type of nuts as desired.
