- 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese

- 1.5CupTomato Sauce
- 1.25CupMilk

Heat olive oil in a pan, add the minced beef, and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, then sauté until softened.

Pour in the pasta sauce and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, then season with salt and pepper.

Cut the eggplant into round slices and then fry or grill them

In a baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel, then layer the uncooked lasagna sheets, meat mixture, eggplant slices, and cheese, repeating the layers and finishing with béchamel and cheese.

Pour hot water around the edges, cover the dish with parchment paper and foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
